Since 1996, Chunghwa Leading Photonics Tech Ltd. (CLPT) has been dedicated to InGaAs technologies for SWIR applications in various markets.
 
As a subsidiary of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd, - our parent company is the biggest Telecom company in Taiwan.
We have more than 20 years of experience in researching, developing and manufacturing InGaAs detectors.
 
In-House Fabrication -
Not only offering services including wafer processing and packaging technology for InGaAs photodetector, we are also optimizing and expanding the product line to meet the worldwide trend.
 
Products Portfolio ranging from InGaAs PIN Photodiodes, Avalanche Photodiodes, Area Image Sensor as a Focal Plane Array and Linear Image Sensor for SWIR imaging.
