InGaAs linear sensor with 2048 x 1 pixel

The sensors are sensitive in the standard InGaAs spectral range of 0.9 – 1.7 µm.
 
Packaged in a 28-pin metal DIP package with an integrated 2-stage thermoelectric cooler, for a chip operating temperature of -40 ℃(higher and lower temperatures are also possible).
 
The linear sensor consists of a linear InGaAs photodiode array connected to 2 integrated p-on-n readout circuits. 
 
The pixel operability is > 99% and the quantum efficiency is > 70% at 1550 nm.   Multiple gain settings are possible.
 
The sensors support SPI protocol for command register setting. The sensor's amplification, control of the sensor's power consumption, and the pixel-by-pixel order of the output signal can also be adjusted.
