The resolution 320x256 pixel pitch 30µm, InGaAs image sensors with extended InGaAs wavelength of 1.2 µm -2.2 µm. Quantum Efficiency > 65% at 1.9µm and minimum pixel operability > 98%.  Snapshot ITR/IWR and IMRO readout modes. 1,2 and 4 Outputs with 10MHz pixel rate with windowing capability.
Noise properties and signal homogeneity across the pixels (subject of cross-hatching effects) have been continuously improved over the past few years, also thanks to new InGaAs-epitaxy processes and a 2-stage thermal coole.

These new InGaAs sensor developments allow the user a high degree of flexibility when adapting the image sensor or camera to the target application.
