The resolution 640x512 with pixel pitch 15µm, InGaAs image sensors with extended InGaAs wavelength of 1.2 µm -2.2 µm. Quantum Efficiency > 70% at 1.9 µm and typical pixel operability > 98%. Snapshot ITR/IWR and IMRO readout modes. 2,4 and 8 Outputs with 18MHz pixel rate with windowing capability.
These new InGaAs sensor developments allow the user a high degree of flexibility when adapting the image sensor or camera to the target application.
