This InGaAs Image Camera operates over a spectral range of 900–1700 nm and features a resolution of 640 × 512 with a 15 μm pixel pitch. It supports high-speed imaging with a frame rate of up to 500 fps at full resolution. The system is equipped with a single-stage thermoelectric (TE) cooler to ensure stable performance.
Multiple interface options are available, including Camera Link Full and 5GigE, and ROI (Region of Interest) functionality is supported for flexible imaging and data throughput optimization.
