This InGaAs Image Camera operates over a spectral range of 900–1700 nm and features a resolution of 1280x1024 with a 15 μm pixel pitch. It supports high-speed imaging with a frame rate of up to 100 fps at full resolution. The system is equipped with a two-stage thermoelectric (TE) cooler to ensure stable performance.
